During our stay in the wonderful guesthouse Yangshuo Culture House we meet two more couples doing a one year trip! Shanna and Richard from The Netherlands and Amy and Paul from the Uk! together we did an amazing biking trip! in which we got lost a couple of times! and came back by boat after two of the bikes got a flat tire! It was an amazing journey!!! :)
The scenery is just breathtaking!
During our way we found this cute little guy!
you can read in everyone's face: "Ohhhh sooo cuteeeee"
Time for some yummy lunch!!!Nothing better than a 0.50 cents noodle soap in rural china!

Rural China,
We found these farmers collecting their crops
an Richard and Paul decided to help out!

some snapshots of China´s rural life and Yangshuo impressive landscape!
we probably biked 30km! after which Antonio and Richard had a flat tire! so we headed back to Yangshuo by bamboo boat! :)
After we arrived to Yangshuo we ruched to arrive in time for dinner! In this guesthouse the dinner was included and it was one of the best food we had in China!!!
super tasty food!! and healthy!
That is Antonio´s hand picking up our favorite dish! stuffed green peppers! which thanks to Shanna we got the recipe :)
Stuffed green pepper (c) Mr Wei
Ingredients: Green pepper, green onion, white pepper, salt, pork, soy sauce, garlic
Step 1: Mince the pork, the white pepper and the salt.
Step 2: Put the meat into the green pepper.
Step 3: Make the pot very hot then put the oil into the pot, then put a few garlic into the pot until the garlic becomes brown/yellow.
Step 4: Put the stuffed green pepper into the pot, make the skin of the green pepper a little bit crispy.
Step 5: Turn the fire low. Cook until the meat is ready to eat.
Step 6: Before taking out the stuffed green peppers, put a little soy sauce and a little shredded green onion in the mix.
Oh envy, envy, envy... What a sinner I am! Don't do this to me.
